01 · These terms
Using this site, buying from one of our stores or signing a project order means these terms apply. Where a signed contract says something different, the contract wins. Where a specific store publishes its own conditions, those sit on top of these, not instead of them.
02 · Who you contract with
[LEGAL NAME], registration number [REG. NO.], at [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. Each retail brand in the group trades as its own entity; the invoice tells you which one you bought from, and that entity is the one responsible for your order.
03 · Quotes and orders
A written quote is valid for [N] days. An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing, not when you place it — if something is out of stock or mispriced we will tell you and refund rather than quietly substitute. Project scope is whatever the signed statement of work says; anything else is a change request with its own price.
04 · Prices and payment
Retail prices are shown in [CURRENCY] and include [TAX TREATMENT]. Project work is invoiced [PAYMENT SCHEDULE], payable within [N] days. Payment is taken by [PROVIDER]; we never see or store your card details. We reserve the right to correct an obvious pricing error before an order is accepted.
05 · Delivery and installation
Goods are delivered to the address on the order within [N] working days, by [CARRIER]. Risk passes to you on delivery. Where installation is part of the order, someone must be present at the address; a missed appointment may carry a re-visit charge of [AMOUNT].
06 · Returns and warranty
Distance purchases can be cancelled within the statutory withdrawal period of [N] days, provided the item is unused and in its packaging — [COUNSEL TO CONFIRM PERIOD AND EXCEPTIONS]. Manufacturer warranty runs for [N] months from delivery and is honoured through the authorised service network for that brand. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised repair or voltage faults.
07 · Software and support
Suite subscriptions run monthly unless the contract says otherwise, and either side may end them with [N] days' notice. Target availability is [N]% measured monthly, excluding maintenance we announce [N] hours ahead. Support response times are set by your plan and listed in the contract. Your data stays yours: on termination we export it in a portable format and delete our copies after [N] days.
08 · Who owns what
We keep ownership of our platform, source code and designs, and license them to you for as long as your subscription runs. Content you supply stays yours. Third-party brand names and logos appearing on our stores belong to their owners, and we use them as an authorised retailer and distribution partner — nothing on our sites transfers any right in them.
09 · Fair use
Do not scrape the site, attempt to break into it, resell access, or upload anything unlawful. Automated access for legitimate research is fine if you identify yourself and stay within [N] requests a minute. We may suspend an account that puts other customers' service at risk, and we will tell you why.
10 · Liability and disputes
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, our liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the [N] months before it arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and disputes go to [FORUM / ARBITRATION BODY] — but talk to us first, because most things are fixable without either of us paying a lawyer.
