Build the systems, not the slides
Small team, real production traffic, and a deployment on most days. If you want to see your work being used by an actual shop by Friday, this is that job.

What the job is actually like
You ship
No six-week sign-off chain. Write it, review it, put it in front of real customers.
Whole stack
We own the metal as well as the code. You will learn parts of it you did not plan to.
AI, in production
Not a pilot deck. Models that answer customers and order stock, with the constraints that come with Iran.
Sane hours
Two-day builds are a process, not a crunch. On-call is paid and it rotates.
